MyOhara is operated as an independent service and is not affiliated with eBay, StockX, TCGPlayer, Amazon, AliExpress, or any other marketplace.
MyOhara participates in affiliate programs with supported marketplaces. When you click through to a marketplace and make a purchase, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. This does not influence the order or content of search results — results are ranked by price only.
By accessing or using MyOhara, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be bound by them. If you are using MyOhara on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

MyOhara is a free service with no paid plans or subscription tiers. We do not impose monthly search limits on registered accounts. We do reserve the right to throttle, rate-limit, or suspend access if we determine that usage is abusive, automated at excessive scale, or in violation of these Terms.
Guest users (unregistered) are limited to 10 searches per month. Creating a free account removes this limit.
MyOhara aggregates publicly listed pricing data from third-party marketplaces. Publicly listed prices are factual information and are not the proprietary property of any marketplace. MyOhara's aggregation, comparison engine, search infrastructure, and presentation of this data constitute our original work product.
MyOhara participates in affiliate programs with supported marketplaces. When users click through to a listing and complete a purchase, MyOhara may receive a commission. Affiliate relationships do not influence search results — all results are returned based on availability and price. This disclosure is made in compliance with FTC guidelines on affiliate marketing.
MyOhara aggregates pricing data from third-party marketplaces. While we strive for accuracy, we make no guarantees about the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of any pricing data. Prices may be cached for up to 15 minutes. Do not make financial decisions based solely on data from MyOhara without independent verification.
To power price history charts, MyOhara stores aggregated price statistics (daily average, minimum, and maximum sale price) computed from marketplace data. Raw listing data is not served or exposed to users — only computed trends are displayed. No buyer or seller personal information is stored. Aggregated price data may be retained for up to 90 days.

MyOhara and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by MyOhara and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our service without written permission.
Aggregated and anonymized data derived from platform usage — including search trends, pricing analytics, and market intelligence — is owned by MyOhara and may be used, analyzed, and sold in aggregate form. Individual user data is never sold. See our Privacy Policy for details.
MyOhara is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. Use of the service is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyOhara and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities — arising from your use of or inability to use the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall not exceed $100 USD.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any reason with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your right to access the service ceases immediately. You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard settings.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a notice in your dashboard. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tennessee.
